1. Bluetooth App Lockout:

If app loses connection while locked, open deck plate and disconnect main XT60 battery plug for 60 seconds to soft reset controller.

2. Broken Cast Aluminum Hinge Hook:

Upgrade worn plastic or soft alloy folding hooks to high-tensile steel replacement latch pins.

3. Rubbed Motor Phase Wires:

Protect front hub axle wire exit point with heat shrink tubing to prevent motor short circuits.
