Dualtron Common Mechanical & Electrical Issues

1. Polyurethane Suspension Rod Squeak:

Spray PTFE dry lube onto polyurethane cartridge rods inside suspension housing.

2. Hydraulic Brake Fade (Nutt / Magura Brakes):

Bleed air pockets out of hydraulic brake fluid lines using mineral oil syringe kit.

3. Handlebar Folding Collar Slop:

Tighten lower folding double clamp bolts evenly to lock stem rigid.
