Kaabo Common Mechanical & Electrical Issues

1. Dual Stem Clamp Creak:

Clean steering stem contact area, apply thin film of lithium grease, and torque double clamp bolts evenly.

2. Hydraulic Brake Fade:

Spongy brake levers indicate air in hydraulic lines. Bleed system using red mineral oil brake bleed kit.

3. Blown MOSFET on Dual Controller:

Diagnose motor shuddering by checking resistance across motor phase wires with a multimeter.
