Kugoo Common Mechanical & Electrical Issues

1. Voltmeter & Key Switch Failure:

If voltmeter display flickers or stays blank, replace key switch lock barrel module.

2. Rear Fender Wire Damage:

Rear fender flex causes wire chafing against tire tread. Reroute tail light wire into protective shielding.

3. Handlebar Folding Mechanism Slop:

Tighten interior hex locking spindle located inside handlebar joint hinge.
