Xiaomi Common Mechanical & Electrical Issues

1. Handlebar Stem Wobble:

Caused by loosening of the folding latch bolt. Tighten the internal 5mm hex bolt or insert a rubber vibration dampener into the hinge mechanism.

2. Snapped Rear Fender / Mudguard Wire:

Stepping on the rear fender snaps the plastic bracket and cuts the tail light wiring. Install a metal rear fender support bracket and replace the rear LED assembly.

3. Blown BMS Fuse:

If the scooter charges but won't turn on, inspect the battery management system zero-ohm fuse on the main lithium pack.
